A skilled team of engineers delivers high-quality maintenance and technical support to customers.Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling pumping systems, spare parts, and related solutions to industrial and water treatment customers. This full-time, on-site role in Al Jizah, Egypt includes visiting clients, understanding technical requirements, preparing proposals, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations. The position involves providing technical support before and after sales, coordinating with the engineering and maintenance teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Technical Sales Engineer will gather market feedback, help identify new business opportunities, and contribute to pricing and tender preparation. Regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions is also part of the daily responsibilities.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.Candidates should possess skills in Sales Engineering to bridge technical specifications with commercial requirements and tailor system configurations.Candidates should possess skills in Technical Support to provide pre- and post-sales assistance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with service teams.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, prepare clear documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.Experience with pumps, water treatment, or industrial systems is highly beneficial.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.Ability to work on-site, travel to client locations as needed, and manage time and priorities effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of control systems or automation is an advantage.
