Location: Greater Boston, field/remote basedAre you a flow cytometry scientist ready to take your expertise beyond the lab?ORAre you a Flow Cytometry FAS or Sales Specialist looking to work for a market leader?We’re looking for a commercially-minded flow cytometry scientist to join our team as a Technical Sales Specialist, supporting academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical customers across the Greater Boston region.This is an opportunity to either double down or move into a commercial, customer-facing role while staying close to cutting-edge flow cytometry.

You’ll use your hands-on scientific expertise to help customers optimize workflows, solve application challenges, and adopt innovative reagent solutions.What you’ll doServe as a trusted technical advisor to flow cytometry customersProvide scientific consultation and workflow optimizationSupport assay development and application-specific needsIntroduce customers to new reagent solutions and best practicesIdentify opportunities to expand adoption and utilizationPartner with Account Managers and technical teams to drive customer successWhat we’re looking forHands-on bench experience in flow cytometry or a related laboratory application OR prior flow cytometry sales experienceBachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related scientific fieldStrong scientific communication and presentation skillsAbility to translate technical expertise into practical customer valueAn interest in developing a commercial/customer-facing careerWillingness to travel regularly across the territoryYou don’t need to come from a traditional sales background.
