Technical Services Engineer

Responsibilities:Assist distributors in promoting and selling the company’s conformal coating products, as well as potting materials, adhesives, and related solutions.Conduct customer visits to provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting, and product guidance.Support the qualification process for new products, including testing, evaluation, and documentation.Provide technical training sessions for customers and distributors on product usage, applications, and best practices.Prepare and coat sample boards for customers using in-house or external coating equipment.Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to represent the company and demonstrate products.Travel frequently within Thailand and the Philippines (up to 30% or more, depending on business needs).Perform other related tasks to support sales, technical service, and product development activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Chemistry or a related field.Good command of spoken and written English.Ability to communicate clearly with customers and distributors.Possess a valid driving license and be able to travel frequently.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
