Technical Services Manager

We are looking for a Technical Services Manager for our global business partner operating in the medical sector.Job Description- Manage Technical Services operations effectively and efficiently,- Lead technical teams and team leaders,- Ensure high standards of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction,- Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives,- Collaborate with global teams and adapt international procedures and best practices to local operations,- Monitor operational KPIs and take necessary actions,- Develop workflows and procedures to improve service operations,- Lead team development, performance management and employee engagement,- Manage technical requests from customers and business partners.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering,- At least 10 years of relevant experience in technical service, technical operations, & repair or similar fields- Proven experience in team and team leader management,- Good command of English with active daily use,- Experience in process improvement and project management,- Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills,- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,- Proficiency in MS Office,- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.Experience in medical devices, biomedical, electronics, electromechanical systems, technical service or similar technical operations will be considered an advantage.
