Technical Services Section Manager- EmiratiLocation: DubaiLevel: Senior Management / Grade 15Sector: Government EntityRole OverviewTalents Tide is seeking an experienced Emirati Technical Services Section Manager to lead technical and engineering support within a General Maintenance function.The role will oversee maintenance projects, facilities CapEx, engineering and non-engineering works, ensuring technical quality, project performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical and engineering services and set section plans, KPIs, and performance standards.Oversee maintenance projects, facilities CapEx, and engineering/non-engineering works.Review technical requirements, specifications, designs, and project documentation.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Monitor project progress, quality, costs, risks, and compliance.Drive technical improvements, innovation, and operational efficiency.Lead and develop technical teams and manage resources effectively.Prepare technical reports and recommendations for senior management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering — Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related.6–8 years of relevant experience.Must be an Emirati with a family bookStrong experience in maintenance projects, facilities, engineering services, or CapEx.Experience managing consultants, contractors, and technical teams.Strong project management, strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV via DM.
