Technical Solutioning Expert

Job OverviewYou will join SUPCON’s Solution Team as part of an international expert group, stationed in regions including Saudi Arabia to deliver local pre-sales technical support and solution design. You will develop and deliver integrated industrial solutions for all clients across the Middle East.As SUPCON’s representative, you will cooperate with local branches to conduct technical communication with key clients, focusing on automation, industrial AI, Industrial IoT and relevant technologies. Serving as a bridge connecting client demands, business objectives and technical implementation, this role ensures scalable, effective solutions aligned with the company’s long-term strategic plans.Job Responsibilities1. Demand Research & AnalysisCollaborate with Middle East sales teams to communicate with clients and identify their operational pain points and actual requirements.Organize technical workshops, site surveys and project feasibility studies to support sales operations in the Middle East as needed.Translate client business requirements into technical specifications for solution design and technical proposal compilation.2. Solution Architecture & DesignBuild end-to-end complete technical solutions based on SUPCON’s proprietary product portfolio, covering:Distributed Control System (DCS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Safety Instrumented System (SIS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Advanced Process Control (APC) and a full suite of industrial software.3. Pre-sales Technical Support & Client EngagementWork closely with sales teams to provide full-cycle technical support throughout opportunity development and drive project delivery.Customize technical presentations, product demonstrations and full solution briefings tailored to Middle East clients.Assist with proposal drafting and respond to all technical inquiries and clarifications raised by clients.4. Documentation & Deliverable ManagementCompile system architecture diagrams, design documents, technical proposals, operation manuals and training materials.Ensure all deliverables are clear, accurate, professional and compliant with SUPCON’s solution standards.5. Cross-functional CollaborationFormulate technical sales strategies together with sales teams.Liaise with product teams to synchronize market demands and feed client requirements into the product roadmap.Coordinate with project implementation teams to assess solution feasibility and mitigate potential implementation risks in advance.Job RequirementsMandatory Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electrical/Control Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or other related disciplines.Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in industrial automation, Industrial IoT or digitalization projects.Hands-on proficiency in control systems including DCS, SIS, PLC and SCADA, with solid knowledge of industrial communication protocols and fundamental control engineering theories.Prior experience in deploying IIoT platforms, data acquisition and OT/IT integration (compliant with ISA-95 standards) is preferred.Familiarity with Industry 4.0, edge computing and smart factory overall deployment is preferred.Required Soft SkillsExcellent presentation and client communication skills, capable of translating complex technical expertise into easy-to-understand business language.Self-motivated, independent worker with strong teamwork skills to collaborate across multicultural teams in the Middle East.Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.Fluency in Arabic or Mandarin is highly preferred.Compensation & BenefitsThis is a full-time position with competitive salary determined based on candidates’ professional experience.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementSUPCON advocates workplace diversity and inclusiveness, offering equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.
