Using the operations and management know-how of this joint venture, Mumtalakat provides comprehensive integrated facility management services in the areas of Real Estate Services and Property Management.Role Description The Technical Specialist will support day-to-day Facilities & Operations activities, ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of building systems and technical equipment.Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to maintenance requests, and coordinating with internal teams and contractors. The role also requires adherence to safety standards, maintenance procedures, and operational requirements across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.QualificationsTechnical diploma or relevant vocational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Facilities Management, or a related field. Relevant experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or technical services. Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance systems. Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements and the ability to follow established procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and service providers. Ability to respond to maintenance requests, prioritize tasks, and complete work within the required timelines. Ability to work on-site and support operational requirements as needed. Relevant technical certifications or professional licenses will be considered an advantage.
