قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole OverviewThe Technical Standards Inspector (TSI) ensures quality and technical compliance across Base, Line, and third-party maintenance activities by executing independent quality inspection gates and vital point checks prior to aircraft section or zone closures. Reporting to the Technical Compliance Manager as part of a small technical compliance team who report into the Chief Technical Officer, the role develops and maintains the company’s Technical Inspection Program, updates the CAME, MOE, and engineering SOPs, and ensures alignment with GCAA, EASA, FAA, CARC, GACA and international aviation regulations. Additionally, the TSI monitors subcontracted maintenance, provides technical troubleshooting and licensed coverage during AOG situations, supports internal/external audits and safety investigations (MEMS), and delivers coaching to the engineering team.Key RequirementsEssential ICAO Type 2 Engineering License with current ratings on fleet aircraft and Category C license on company-operated helicopters.Valid GCAA or recognized international license preferred.Minimum of 20 years in aircraft engineering with progressive responsibilities, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a helicopter engineering environment.Proven experience liaising with the GCAA and regulatory authorities.In-depth understanding of GCAA, EASA, FAA, CARC and international aviation regulations.Demonstrable experience technical authoring of CAME/MOE documents, quality procedures, and engineering manuals.Strong leadership, analytical troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities under pressure.High English proficiency (minimum ELP Level 5) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance software (e.g., RUSADA, AIMS, AMOS).
