The ideal candidate will have full management experience of Accommodation Barges and AHTS vessels (Anchor Handling Tug Supply), ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and technical excellence while operating in Indian Offshore.This is a critical role requiring immediate availability to support offshore operations and deliver high standards of vessel management.Key ResponsibilitiesFull technical management of Accommodation Barges and AHTS vessels.Oversee maintenance, dry-docking, and repair schedules.Ensure compliance with international maritime standards and safety regulations.Coordinate with crew, shipyards, and classification societies.Monitor vessel performance and optimize operational efficiency.Provide technical support during offshore operations.Ensure compliance with Charterers Requirements & Domestic Regulations.Act as DPA and ensure Safely Compliance as per company Policy.QualificationsCertificate of Competency (CoC): MEO Class 1 or Class III (Mandatory).Minimum 5–7 years of experience as Technical Superintendent in offshore fleet management.Proven track record in Offshore Fleet operations.Strong knowledge of Class, flag, and ISM/ISPS compliance.Skills RequiredExpertise in planned maintenance systems and dry-docking.Strong budgeting and vendor management skills.Ability to lead and coordinate technical teams.Proficiency in compliance documentation and audits.Effective communication with crew, shipyards, and stakeholders.Team Player with Independent Management skills.Candidates Prefferred with:Integrity & Confidentiality – trusted with sensitive operational data.Resilience – ability to perform under offshore pressure.Practical Decision-Making – balancing technical needs with cost efficiency.Adaptability – handling sudden operational challenges.Leadership & Team Collaboration – Crew and technical team effectively. Sinasta Maritime is inviting interested candidates in their Offshore Team:To be part of a leading offshore division with global operations.Take Opportunity to manage high-value offshore assets.Immerse in the Dynamic work environment with growth potential.Competitive salary and benefits package.Apply Now: Submit your CV Immediate joiners will be given priority.
