With four factories, 54 branches in India, and seven overseas offices, the group offers strong technical expertise, extensive service coverage, and long-term growth opportunities for professionals in the vertical transportation industry.Role Description The Technical Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Technical Supervisor will oversee day-to-day maintenance, repair, and service activities for lifts and escalators, ensuring safety standards, technical quality, and adherence to company procedures. This role involves coordinating and guiding technical teams, allocating tasks, monitoring work progress, and resolving technical issues and escalations in a timely manner. The Technical Supervisor will conduct site inspections, review service reports, support diagnostics, and provide direction on complex technical problems. The role also requires close communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors to plan schedules, provide updates, and support continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills and team management capabilities to lead, coach, and monitor technical staff.Analytical skills to diagnose technical issues, interpret service data, and support root-cause analysis.Effective communication skills for clear coordination with teams, clients, and internal departments.Hands-on technical support experience with lifts, escalators, or similar electromechanical systems.Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field, or equivalent technical qualification.Knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and preventive maintenance practices in vertical transportation.Proven experience in field service or maintenance supervision, preferably in the lifts and escalators sector.Ability to work on-site across multiple customer locations in Dubai and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
