Team members collaborate closely with partners to ensure each project is impactful, well-managed, and creatively distinctive.Role Description The Technical Supervisor is a contract, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of event production. This role includes coordinating technical support teams, ensuring the setup, operation, and breakdown of audio-visual, lighting, staging, and related systems meet project requirements. The Technical Supervisor will monitor performance during events, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain safety and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning technical workflows, supervising team members, collaborating with creative and production stakeholders, documenting technical processes, and reporting on performance and improvements.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Team Management abilities to lead technical staff and coordinate activities effectively.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Technical Support experience to diagnose issues, optimize systems, and ensure reliable event operations.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.Candidates should have experience in event production, technical operations, or a related field, preferably with large-scale or high-profile events.Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with audio-visual, lighting, and staging equipment, as well as relevant safety practices.Candidates should be able to work on-site in Riyadh, manage shifting priorities, and maintain performance under time-sensitive conditions.A relevant technical diploma or degree, or equivalent practical experience in event technology or engineering, is beneficial.
