Technical Supervisor – Television Service

The Technician Supervisor will oversee technical operations and spare parts management for Television after-sales service. This role ensures efficient troubleshooting, repair support, inventory planning, and service quality improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support: Provide guidance to ASC/ASP teams on TV troubleshooting, repair processes, firmware upgrades, and issue resolution.Spare Parts Management: Plan, forecast, and manage spare parts inventory to ensure stock availability for after-sales service.Hardware & Software Expertise: Apply strong technical knowledge of LED, LCD, QLED, and Google TV systems for repair and maintenance.Warranty Analysis: Investigate warranty failures, identify root causes, and coordinate with HQ for technical escalations.Service Performance Monitoring: Track service KPIs, inventory health, and spare parts availability to improve turnaround time (TAT) and customer satisfaction.MIS Reporting: Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel; perform basic inventory transactions in SAP.Training & Guidance: Conduct technical training sessions and provide repair guidance to service engineers.QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in TV after-sales service, technical support, or inventory management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in conducting technical training and guiding service engineers.Technical expertise in LED/LCD/QLED/Google TV hardware and software.Ability to analyze failures and drive root cause resolution.Customer-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence.
