Technical Support & Service Engineer – Road Safety & Digital Printing Equipment

Position OverviewMidsign is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Support & Service Engineer to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, training, and technical support for our range of digital printing and road safety products.This role requires a hands-on individual who enjoys working with customers, solving technical challenges, and delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain printers and related digital printing systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Conduct operator training sessions and technical demonstrations for clients.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues efficiently.
• Install, maintain, and support finishing equipment including laminators, application tables, and other digital printing machinery.
• Assist customers with preventive maintenance programs and service schedules.
• Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and installation records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and spare parts.
• Support the technical aspects of road safety products, including Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMAs), Arrow Boards, and other traffic management systems.
• Participate in product testing, inspections, certifications, and customer acceptance procedures.
• Provide technical assistance during exhibitions, demonstrations, and project implementations.Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in industrial equipment maintenance, printing machinery, or road safety products is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and GCC when required.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and installation drawings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.Language Requirements
• Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written).
