Technical Support Coordinator - Aircraft Engine MRO

With over a decade of experience in the region and a knowledgeable team, we offer fully integrated HR services.We are currently seeking a Technical Support Coordinator - Aircraft Engine MRO for one of our very well-known client's MRO Engine Shop facility based in their Dubai office.Job Description:Ability to analyze and synthesize technical information to ensure cost-effective solutions.Proficiency in technical writing and documentation, including shop visit reports and engine release documents.Experience in manual revision reviews and Service Bulletin updates.Familiarity with maintenance planning, engine disassembly, inspection, assembly, and testing processes.Regulatory & Compliance KnowledgeStrong understanding of Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), Engineering Procedure Manuals (EPMs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance with airworthiness requirements and OEM standards.Skills & Qualifications:3 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in Technical Support or an equivalent role.Extensive knowledge of engine maintenance, workscoping, and job instruction authoring.Thorough understanding of OEM guidelines, Airworthiness regulations, and industry standards.Experience in reviewing, preparing, and approving workscopes, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.Proficiency in Technical Documentation, including task card preparation and customization.Experience with ERP systems (IFS or similar) for task card management and shop floor planning.Strong troubleshooting skills and experience coordinating with OEMs for technical support.Knowledge of repair processes, tooling, and modification implementation.Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
