You will work closely with the client’s technology team, and other technology professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our options trading platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of a global alternative investment firm.Typical Job duties would include:

Act as the client's primary technical contact, providing on-site support for all Options technology systems.
Monitor internal system health and performance; perform regular maintenance such as software updates and configuration changes.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams for timely resolution.
Respond to client incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, following established incident management processes.
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor and proactively addressing their needs.
Work with Options Technology teams on system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and validation to ensure smooth deployment.We're looking for someone who has technical proficiency in:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment and AV troubleshooting.
1-2 years' experience in a similar on-site technical support role within financial services.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: excellent verbal and written communication, able to convey technical information clearly and build effective relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
Client Focus: proven ability to understand and fulfil client requirements with exceptional service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
