📢 Position: Technical Support / Pre-Installation Coordinator📍 Location: Dubai, UAE☀️ Industry: Renewable Energy / SolarWe’re looking for a technically minded and detail-oriented professional to support the pre-installation process for a growing UK solar energy company. This position will be based in Dubai, UAE.The role will focus on reviewing sales and survey information before installation, identifying potential issues early, and helping the team find practical solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Review roof layouts, measurements, plans, photographs, and survey information• Check proposed solar panel locations and available roof space• Review cable routes, equipment positioning, and site access requirements• Identify potential technical or installation issues before work begins• Recommend practical solutions to ensure smooth installations• Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and installation teams• Speak directly with UK-based clients and customers over the phone to clarify requirements and resolve potential installation issuesWhat We’re Looking For:• Strong technical and problem-solving mindset• Comfortable reviewing plans, layouts, measurements, and photographs• Confident and professional English communication skills• Experience providing technical support and dealing directly with customers over the phone is a plus, with confidence communicating with UK-based clients and customers.• Excellent attention to detail• Experience in technical support, construction, engineering coordination, surveying, installations, or similar roles is an advantage• Solar experience is NOT required — training can be provided• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
