Windows installation and upgrades, backup, Microsoft Office, hardware maintenance, antivirus, diagnostics, and replacement of components. · Distribute devices to users and offices.· Apply fixes, updates, and upgrades.· Remove viruses, malware, and incomplete installations.· Repair emergency device and software faults to high technical standards.· Assist users by telephone with password resets.· Install, operate, and repair network and other printers, connect users, and configure networks.· Install and maintain Windows editions, 32-bit and 64-bit, configure networking and IP addresses, and join devices to Authority servers.
