Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Location: UK I.

Mission of the Role As a key bridge between our product and clinical applications, you willbe responsible for providing professional product training, treatmentplan explanation, and full-cycle technical support to doctors andcustomers. Your work will ensure accurate and effective clinical use of ourproducts, while continuously enhancing customer satisfaction.II. Core Responsibilities 1. Conduct medical product and system training for doctors, coveringproduct operation, system usage, and related medical knowledgethrough online or offline sessions.2. Communicate with doctors in the UK regarding patient cases,interpret the logic of Smartee treatment plans, and answer clinicalquestions.3. Provide pre‑ sale and after‑ sale technical support to ensure timelyand accurate guidance for customers throughout the productjourney.4. Support industry exhibitions, academic conferences, and corporateevents in the UK by delivering product demonstrations, technicalpresentations, and medical content.5. Respond to medical and technical inquiries from customers, maintainpositive client relationships, and continuously improve servicesatisfaction.6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.III. Requirements 1. Essential: Solid medical knowledge or in- depth experience in digital designfor clear aligners (e.g., understanding of tooth movement animation,appliance manufacturing logic).Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal,with the ability to convey complex technical and clinical information clearly to doctors.Strong learning ability and problem- solving skills, able to quickly grasp new product logic and adapt to a cross- cultural, collaborative work environment.2. Preferred:3‑ 5 years of experience as an animator/designer in the clear aligner industry, familiar with the end‑ to‑ end digital design‑ to‑ production process.Medical education background or clinical work experience in a hospital setting (especially in dentistry, orthodontics, or related fields).IV.
