Working closely with the Founding Talent Lead and senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of hiring across AI, Engineering, Product and Data, while helping to build the processes, candidate experience and talent infrastructure required to support the company's next phase of growth.This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Europe's most exciting AI businesses at a genuinely pivotal stage of growth.What you'll do:Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple technical functions and levels of seniorityPartner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their needs, define hiring strategies and deliver against ambitious growth plansLead sourcing activity using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other modern sourcing techniques including Jack & JillBuild and manage high-quality pipelines of passive technical talent across the UK and EuropeManage high-touch interview processes from initial outreach through to offer acceptanceBuild strong relationships with candidates and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journeyUse hiring data and market insights to inform decision-making and advise stakeholdersIdentify potential hiring challenges early and proactively develop solutionsContribute to the continued development of talent processes, tooling and infrastructure as the business scalesWhat you'll bring:4+ years in talent acquisition (minimum)Direct experience hiring Frontend, Backend, Full-stack, and AI EngineersMost recent experience in one of the following: been in-house TA at an early-stage, ideally VC-backed startup operating with minimal support, or embedded talent work for a firm serving early-stage startups, with demonstrated successExperience using (and preferably optimising) AshbyHands-on sourcing, able to build a pipeline from scratch rather than relying on inboundFluency with newer AI sourcing tools - not just LinkedIn RecruiterStrong written communication, outreach and candidate updates should be good enough to stand as examplesDemonstrated ability to close candidates against competing offersHappy to pick up new roles, understand requirements quickly and build processes from scratchIf you are interested in this opportunity, we kindly ask that you apply directly via this LinkedIn advert rather than email or LinkedIn message.
