As a trusted IT consulting partner, Dautom is supporting their strategic initiatives by connecting them with exceptional talent to drive business growth and transformation.Job Role: : Technical Talent Acquisition SpecialistWork Location: Dubai, UAENotice Period: Immediate – 30 DaysAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6+ years of recruitment experience, including strong and proven UAE-based technical recruitment experience.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the UAE technology talent market, established candidate networks, and hands-on experience recruiting for IT and technical positions across the UAE. The candidate must be comfortable handling the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and successful placement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT positions.Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified technical talent across the UAE market.Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, databases, and professional networks.Conduct technical candidate screening, competency assessment, salary discussions, and notice-period verification.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions.Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and SLAs.Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and technical panels.Follow up on interview feedback and manage the recruitment process through offer and joining.Handle offer negotiation, counteroffers, candidate objections, and closures.Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.Provide regular recruitment pipeline reports and hiring updates to management.Monitor UAE technology hiring trends, salary benchmarks, candidate availability, and market conditions.Mandatory Requirements6+ years of overall Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.Proven UAE-based recruitment experience is mandatory.Strong understanding of the UAE technology talent market.Proven experience recruiting technical professionals within the UAE.Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing.Experience with UAE job portals such as Naukri Gulf, Bayt, GulfTalent, Indeed, etc.Strong candidate sourcing, headhunting, screening, and closing skills.Experience handling multiple technical vacancies simultaneously.Strong stakeholder/client management skills.Excellent negotiation and candidate relationship-management skills.Strong verbal and written English communication skills.Experience working with an ATS or recruitment management system.About DautomDautom is a globally recognized IT consulting and technology services organization committed to enabling digital transformation through innovation, expertise, and a people-centric approach.We partner with leading organizations across industries to accelerate business growth by delivering exceptional talent, strategic IT consulting services, and innovative technology solutions.
