The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in delivering full-cycle recruiting excellence across AI, machine learning, engineering, and business functions. This position focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, enhancing the hiring experience, and partnering closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Business Partners to meet evolving workforce needs. The recruiter will connect technical leadership with top-tier talent and support high-volume, high-quality hiring in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Own full-cycle recruiting across AI, ML, engineering, and business roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Serve as the primary candidate point of contact, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Business Partners to define role requirements and align on effective hiring strategies.Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and targeted outreach.Build and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously, ensuring consistent progress across active requisitions.Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess technical expertise, role fit, and alignment with role requirements.Coordinate interview scheduling, interviewer alignment, and structured feedback collection to maintain hiring momentum.Maintain accurate ATS documentation and ensure data integrity across all requisitions and candidate records.Support offer development discussions in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning compensation and market benchmarks.Continuously engage passive and active candidates to strengthen long-term talent pipelines.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in technical recruiting with demonstrated full-cycle ownership.Strong proficiency with ATS platforms and candidate tracking systems.Hands-on experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.Experience managing multiple concurrent technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with AI, machine learning, engineering, or product-related roles.Experience conducting structured phone screens and technical candidate assessments.Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and candidate engagement.Ability to work across distributed or multi-location hiring environments.Experience utilizing data-driven recruiting metrics to guide pipeline management and hiring outcomes.
