Technical Trainer - Arabic Speaker

Job Purpose:We are looking for a Technical Trainer to design and deliver engaging technical training programs that enhance employee capability and support business performance. The role will focus on developing technicians and aftersales teams through OEM and in-house training while ensuring compliance with organizational and manufacturer standards.Key Responsibilities:Deliver technical training for technicians, service advisors, quality controllers, and workshop teams.Conduct OEM training programs and maintain required trainer certifications.Develop and update technical training materials and learning content.Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across the business.Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.Organize technical competitions and coach participants for regional events.Support the implementation of annual training plans aligned with business and OEM objectives.Background & Experience:Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a related discipline.Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is required.2 to 4 years of experience in automotive technical training, learning & development, or workshop operations.Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and OEM standards.Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.Experience with Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms is preferred.
