This environment offers technical trainers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge academic programs and skill development initiatives.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) role based at Chandigarh University in Chandigarh. The Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs in AI and ML for students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing structured curricula, creating training materials and hands-on lab exercises, and conducting classroom and practical sessions. The role involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, mentoring learners on projects, and ensuring training outcomes meet academic and industry standards. The trainer will collaborate with faculty and academic leadership to align course content with current AI/ML technologies, tools, and best practices, and may participate in workshops, seminars, and curriculum reviews.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Training and Training & Development, with experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.Candidates should possess skills related to Technical Trainers and Training, including classroom management, learner assessment, and mentoring.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.Relevant knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, including algorithms, model development, and commonly used tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch), is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or industry professional in AI/ML, along with the ability to create practical projects and lab activities, will be an advantage.Strong organizational skills, adaptability to evolving technologies, and a commitment to inclusive and learner-centered teaching practices are desirable.
