The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing technical and process training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support career development across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify organizational training needs by collaborating with managers and stakeholders.Assess employee performance to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.Design and deliver engaging technical training sessions, workshops, seminars, and onboarding programs.Develop structured learning paths to support employee growth and career progression.Conduct process training on Development, Deployment, and Monitoring workflows.Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluation.Create and maintain training manuals, learning materials, presentations, and documentation.Collaborate with internal teams and external training partners to deliver impactful learning programs.Mentor and support new employees during onboarding and training.Stay updated with the latest technologies, learning methodologies, and training best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Training Specialist, or similar role.Experience conducting multiple corporate training programs.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.Hands-on experience managing the complete training lifecycle.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).Knowledge of modern training tools, instructional design techniques, and talent development practices.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
