Technical Trainer

COMBLACK is hiring an Information Systems Trainer!Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and hands-on training sessions for end usersSupport the implementation and adoption of new information systemsDevelop training materials, including presentations, user guides, e-learning content, and instructional videosGather, analyze, and define training needs across different departmentsProvide ongoing support to users throughout system implementation and transition processesWork closely with organizational stakeholders to ensure effective user adoptionWhat are we looking for?At least 2 years of experience in information systems training, gained in a military and/or civilian environmentHands-on experience delivering classroom training and supporting at least one information systems implementation projectExperience developing a variety of training materialsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA service-oriented approach and the ability to work directly with end usersAbility to analyze and define training needs with different stakeholders across the organizationWhy Comblack?Comblack is a company dedicated to creating accurate and meaningful connections between people and the right opportunities.
