LearnLogicify combines expert-led instruction, hands-on projects, and advanced learning tools to help students, professionals, and organizations succeed in a rapidly changing tech landscape.Role Description The Technical Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves designing and delivering technical training programs in areas such as programming, data science, and software development, aligned with the company’s curriculum and learner needs. The Technical Trainer will prepare training materials, conduct classroom and lab sessions, demonstrate concepts through practical examples, and guide learners through hands-on exercises and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing learner progress, providing feedback and mentoring, updating course content based on industry trends, and collaborating with the training and product teams to improve learning outcomes. The role also includes facilitating assessments, maintaining training records, and supporting corporate and academic training engagements as needed.QualificationsStrong expertise in technical training domains, with experience as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training for programming, data science, or related technologies.Demonstrated ability in Training & Development, including designing training modules, delivering instructor-led sessions, and evaluating learning effectiveness.Excellent Communication and Training skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and familiarity with software development practices, data science, or machine learning concepts.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in training or specific technologies are an advantage.Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric approach and commitment to inclusive education.Ability to create and update training content, use digital learning tools, and adapt to different learning styles and proficiency levels.Prior experience in EdTech, academic institutions, or corporate training environments is preferred.Freshers are also welcome to apply
