Salary Budget upto 9LPA Only. Local candidates from Gujarat with experience between 3+ yrs Pref.Description:Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through consultation with managersEvaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lackingDesign and Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. to address skill gaps in employeesTranslate needs into training that help groom the employees for the next levels of their career pathMonitor and provide feedback about employee performance and response to trainingUnderstand the current Development, Deployment and Monitoring processes inside organization & impart process trainingWork with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.Supervise or develop the production of manuals, instruction materials, aids, and classroom handoutsSupport and mentor new employeesStay up-to-date with the latest tools and trends in employee developmentSkill Requirement:Proven 3+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer or a Training Specialist or a similar rolePortfolio of conducting multiple training events in the corporate environmentExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Capability to present complex information in simple terms to a variety of participantsUnderstanding of learning principles and behavioral theoriesExpertise to master the full training cycleProficiency in learning management softwareUnderstanding of both conventional and modern training tools, methods, and techniquesKnowledge of talent management and effective planningRobust decision-making and problem-solving skillsQualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech. or Equivalent*Working Hours/ Office Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)Interested candidate can send their resume on varsha@postaresume.co.inCall now on +91- 6354797016
