To learn more, visit learntagus.tech.Role Description This full-time remote Technical Trainer role is responsible for designing, delivering, and improving technical training programs for learners using the learntagus platform. Day-to-day activities include creating instructional materials, developing practice exercises, hosting live or recorded training sessions, and providing clear explanations of programming concepts and assessment workflows. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with product and content teams to align training with platform features, gather learner feedback, and adjust curricula based on performance data. The role also involves coaching learners on interview readiness, best practices for self-directed learning, and effective use of the platform’s tools.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Technical Training and Technical Trainers roles, with experience delivering instruction in software development or related fields.Strong background in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design, learning objectives, and assessment strategies.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse learner audiences.Practical programming experience (e.g., in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar) and familiarity with coding assessments or technical interviews.Experience with online learning platforms, remote facilitation tools, and creating digital learning content (videos, guides, exercises).Growth mindset and empathy for self-taught and nontraditional learners; ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, education, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor is highly beneficial.
