Technical Trainer

Job Title: Oracle Cash‑to‑Meter (C2M) Training Specialist – 1099 ContractorOur client, a global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Technical Training Facilitator to deliver in person training, along with some virtual instructor-led sessions, for an Oracle implementation supporting a large organization in the utility industry.This is a full-time, 1099 contract requiring immediate availability through September 30, 2026. Most in-person training sessions will be full-day sessions, delivered up to four days per week and approximately three weeks per month. Candidates may live anywhere in the United States but must be able to travel extensively throughout the southern states. All approved travel expenses will be reimbursed.Job Requirements3+ years of experience delivering in-person technical or systems-based trainingMust have utility industry training experienceMust have experience with at least one of the following:Oracle CC&B or CCMBOracle MDMOracle C2M, Cash to MeterExtensive experience delivering both in-person and virtual trainingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentHighly flexible and adaptableStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsBA/BS in Education or a related field, or equivalent experience facilitating learning, desiredTimeline: Immediate start through September 30, 2026Location: Remote-based with extensive travel throughout the southern statesSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; approximately four full-day, in-person training sessions per week, three weeks per month on averageContract Type: 1099Target Rate: $67 per hourOther Requirements: Background check and drug screening required
