The Technical Trainer will design and deliver engaging technical training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for students preparing for careers in the tech industry. Responsibilities include creating curriculum and learning materials, updating content based on industry trends, and using varied teaching methodologies to address different learning styles. The role involves assessing learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and mock interviews, providing constructive feedback, and tracking progress. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with other trainers and program managers to align training outcomes with placement goals and maintain high standards of learner experience.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in roles related to Technical Trainers and Technical Training, with strong subject-matter expertise in relevant tech domains.Proven skills in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design, classroom facilitation, and learner assessment.Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learners.Ability to use digital tools and learning platforms to deliver training and track learner progress effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or technology are an advantage.Prior experience training college students or entry-level professionals for technical roles or campus placements is highly beneficial.Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a learner-centric mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
