The Technical Trainer will design and deliver technical training programs for internal teams, clients, and learners associated with Tech Abhyas, ensuring that complex concepts are communicated in a clear, accessible manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating training materials and documentation, conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, facilitating workshops, and assessing learner performance through assignments and evaluations. The role also involves collaborating with product, engineering, and education teams to keep course content up to date with evolving technologies and organizational needs. The Technical Trainer will continuously refine training methods based on feedback and learning analytics to enhance overall training effectiveness.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong expertise in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers.Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development, including program design and curriculum planning.Candidates should possess hands-on experience delivering Training sessions and facilitating workshops.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for explaining technical concepts clearly.Relevant experience in software, electronics, or AI-driven products is highly beneficial.Ability to adapt training for different audiences and learning styles is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with learning management systems and modern instructional design practices is an advantage.
