Training is delivered across 1,300+ global locations with multi-lingual options, reinforcing its commitment to accessible, high-quality education.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Trainer at NetCom Learning®. The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs across areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, data, and other IT domains, aligned with vendor and organizational standards. Responsibilities include conducting live virtual classes, workshops, and labs; preparing instructional materials and course content; and adapting complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. The role involves assessing learner needs, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing feedback and guidance to help participants apply new skills on the job. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with internal teams to update curricula, stay current with emerging technologies, and support continuous improvement of the overall learning experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Technical Training and Technical Trainers experience, with the ability to teach complex IT concepts clearly.Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills, including curriculum design, facilitation, and learner assessment.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and support diverse learners.Experience delivering remote or virtual instructor-led training using common online platforms and tools.Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Cisco, cybersecurity, AI/Data) are highly beneficial.Background in IT, computer science, or related field; bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple courses or cohorts concurrently.Commitment to continuous learning, staying current with evolving technologies and best practices in adult education.
