Technical Trainer – Mobile/Consumer ElectronicsOpportunity for MNC Experience: 2–5 Years (Technical Training – Mobile/Electronics, Voice LOB Mandatory)Qualification: Bachelor's DegreeCTC- 45-50K MonthlyKey Responsibilities:Deliver technical training on mobile products, troubleshooting, CRM, internal tools, and new product launches (NPI).Identify training needs (TNI), create training modules, and conduct refresher sessions and one-on-one coaching.Analyze CSAT, NPS, VOC, Quality reports, and Top Call Drivers (TCD) to improve performance.Develop training content (PPTs, SOPs, Knowledge Base) and measure training effectiveness.Support floor operations, mentor employees, and collaborate with SMEs to enhance product and process knowledge.Must Have skills:Technical TroubleshootingTraining DeliveryProduct & Process TrainingTNI & Content DevelopmentMS Excel & PowerPointGood to Have:LMS, ADDIE, Power BI/TableauAI-based Training ToolsSoft Skills:Excellent CommunicationPresentation & CoachingStakeholder ManagementAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills
