Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting instructor-led sessions, organizing workshops and labs, and providing one-on-one support as needed. The role involves assessing learner needs, adapting content to different audiences, and using a variety of teaching methods and tools to ensure effective knowledge transfer. The Technical Trainer will also track learner progress, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to training curricula and delivery methods. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.Qualifications Candidates should possess experience as Technical Trainers with strong Technical Training capabilities.Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training program facilitation.Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for diverse learner groups.Candidates should possess the ability to design training content, instructional materials, and assessments.Relevant technical knowledge in the subject areas being taught (e.g., software, systems, or tools) is highly beneficial.Experience delivering classroom-based or on-site corporate training is preferred.A degree or certification in education, instructional design, information technology, or a related field is advantageous.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously are expected.
