The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs aligned with current industry technologies and organizational needs. Daily responsibilities include creating training curricula and materials, preparing structured lesson plans, and conducting interactive classroom and lab sessions for learners at various proficiency levels. The role involves assessing participant skill gaps, evaluating training outcomes through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring to support continuous improvement. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with internal teams to update content based on emerging tools and best practices, contribute to certification pathways, and support corporate clients and institutional partners with customized training solutions.Qualifications Strong technical expertise in one or more areas such as full stack development (e.g., MERN, Java, Python, .NET), data science and artificial intelligence, cloud and DevOps (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), UI/UX and web development, or digital marketing.Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured technical training programs, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and creation of training materials and hands-on exercises.Effective classroom and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, adapt teaching style to different learning levels, and engage participants in practical learning.Strong assessment and evaluation skills, including developing quizzes, projects, and lab tasks, tracking learner progress, and providing timely, constructive feedback.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with corporate clients, institutional partners, and internal teams to align training content with real-world requirements.Proficiency with relevant tools and platforms such as code editors and IDEs, version control systems (e.g., Git), learning management systems (LMS), and presentation tools.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
