The Technical Trainer will deliver high-quality technical training sessions, workshops, and labs for learners across various programs, ensuring concepts are clearly explained and practically applied. Responsibilities include designing and updating training materials, customizing content to different learner profiles, and using diverse instructional methods to maximize engagement and retention. The role also involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, maintaining training records, and collaborating with program managers and subject matter experts to improve curriculum and training delivery. The Technical Trainer is expected to stay current with industry trends and technologies to keep course content relevant.Qualifications Strong foundation in Technical Training and experience working as a Technical Trainer in an academic or corporate setting.Demonstrated expertise in Training & Development, including designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.Proficiency in general Training practices, such as facilitating instructor-led sessions, managing classrooms, and supporting diverse learner needs.Clear and effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in accessible language.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.Experience using learning management systems (LMS), digital collaboration tools, and other training technologies.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple batches or programs.Prior experience in higher education or professional training environments is an advantage.
