Tobotics focuses on engineering the future of robotics by inspiring the next generation of creators and technologists.Role Description The Technical Trainer role at Tobotics Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Technical Trainer will deliver structured training sessions on robotics, electronics, and STEM concepts to students and learners, using Tobotics kits and learning materials. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting live demonstrations, guiding participants through hands-on activities, and assessing learning outcomes. The role involves customizing training content for different age groups, providing clear technical explanations, and offering individual support to learners during workshops. The Technical Trainer will also collaborate with the development team to refine training materials, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers.Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development, including designing and delivering educational programs.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training skills for explaining technical concepts clearly.Candidates should possess knowledge of robotics, electronics, and STEM education methodologies.Relevant academic background in Engineering, Science, Education, or a related field is beneficial.Experience conducting workshops or classroom sessions for students or young learners is preferred.Ability to manage groups, facilitate hands-on activities, and maintain a safe learning environment.Comfort with using and troubleshooting educational robotics kits, tools, and basic electronic components.
