The team is driven by a mission to bridge the gap between education and industry expectations for aspiring tech professionals.Role Description The Technical Trainer will deliver high-quality technical training programs to students preparing for careers in the tech industry. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Greater Chennai Area and involves planning, structuring, and conducting sessions on core technical topics, coding, and interview preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing training materials, creating assessments, providing hands-on guidance, and offering feedback to help learners strengthen their technical and problem-solving skills. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with other trainers and curriculum designers to keep content aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies. The role also involves monitoring learner progress, addressing doubts, and contributing to continuous improvement of FACE Prep’s training offerings.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training and Technical Trainers, with experience delivering structured programs in software development or related areas.Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design, classroom facilitation, and learner assessment.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and common interview patterns used by tech companies.Prior experience training students or early-career professionals for campus placements or technical interviews is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working in an on-site, classroom-based environment in the Greater Chennai Area, with flexibility to handle intensive training schedules.Strong mentoring mindset, patience, and commitment to learner success; familiarity with online learning tools is an added advantage.
