The team is committed to creating impactful learning experiences that improve career outcomes for aspiring tech professionals.Role Description The Technical Trainer role at FACE Prep is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The trainer will design and deliver technical and placement-focused training sessions, including classroom lectures, hands-on labs, and interactive workshops for students preparing for tech roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning curricula, creating and updating training materials, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to help learners improve their technical and professional skills. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align training content with industry requirements, tracking learner progress, and continuously refining teaching methods based on feedback and outcomes. The trainer will also guide students on interview preparation, aptitude and coding skills, and overall job readiness.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers.Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development, including curriculum design and facilitation of group learning.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields are beneficial.Experience delivering technical training to college students or early-career professionals, ideally in coding, aptitude, or interview preparation.Ability to use digital tools and learning platforms to support training delivery and learner engagement.Strong organizational skills, empathy for learners from diverse backgrounds, and a passion for education and skill development.
