Transform.”, the academy focuses on impactful, practical learning experiences.Role Description The Technical Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves designing, delivering, and updating technical training programs in areas such as cybersecurity, data science, AI/ML, and digital data protection, aligned with RORSNTI Academy’s curriculum and client needs. The Technical Trainer will conduct classroom and lab-based sessions, create training materials, exercises, and assessments, and support participants through Q&A, mentoring, and feedback. Responsibilities include assessing learner performance, recommending learning paths, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve training content and methodologies. The trainer will also help tailor programs for corporate clients, ensure training quality and consistency, and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Technical Training and Training & Development, with experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.Candidates should possess skills in Communication and Training, including clear presentation, facilitation, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way.Candidates should possess skills related to Technical Trainers, including classroom management, learner engagement, and competency assessment.Strong knowledge in one or more domains such as AI & Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Python is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., security, data, or AI/ML) are an advantage.Experience developing training materials, labs, and evaluations, and using learning management systems or digital training tools.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt content to different audiences, and maintain high professional and ethical standards.Minimum 5+ years of training experience on AI and related modules
