The Technical Trainer will design and deliver technical training programs, prepare course materials, and conduct classroom and lab-based sessions on relevant technologies and tools. Responsibilities include assessing learner needs, customizing training content, and using practical demonstrations and exercises to reinforce concepts. The role also involves evaluating learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and updating training content to align with industry trends and organizational requirements. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure training objectives support business goals and maintain a structured learning environment.Qualifications Strong technical proficiency in relevant IT domains (e.g., software development, networking, databases, or cloud technologies) and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, accessible manner.Experience in designing curricula, developing training materials, and delivering instructor-led training sessions, workshops, or labs.Solid communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including the ability to engage diverse learner groups and manage classroom dynamics.Competence in using digital tools and learning platforms (e.g., LMS, presentation software, remote collaboration tools) to support training delivery and tracking.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan training schedules, track progress, and meet agreed timelines.Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator in IT or related fields is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant certifications are an advantage.Commitment to continuous learning, staying current with emerging technologies, and incorporating industry best practices into training programs.
