Technical Trainer- CSE

Job Purpose & Role: To enhance the employability of B.Tech (CSE) and MCA students by delivering industry-oriented technical training and mentoring aligned with current placement and technology trends.KnowledgeDesign and deliver placement-focused technical training through classroom delivery, workshops, webinars, and bootcamps.Develop and regularly update training content, coding exercises, assessments, and learning resources based on industry requirements.Train students in problem-solving, programming using practical, hands-on methodologies.Conduct technical assessments, monitor student performance, identify learning gaps, and provide individualized mentoring.Maintain attendance, training records, assessment reports, and performance analytics.Technical Skills (Subject Areas of Delivering Training with Practical Approach)DSA, Advanced DSA, DBMS/ SQL, OOPSProgramming Languages Python, C++ / JAVACore & Advance JAVA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworksExposure to AI, Cloud Computing, Git, and competitive coding platforms (Leetcode,HackerRank, GFG etc) is desirable.Functional SkillsExcellent technical training and mentoring abilities.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to simplify complex concepts using practical examples.Student-centric approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Innovative, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.Qualification & Years of Experience as per normsB.Tech/B.E. with M.Tech/M.E. in CSE or MCA from a recognized university.Experience in technical training, engineering education, or placement preparation is preferred.Familiarity with coding assessments, technical interviews, and campus recruitment processes will be an added advantage.
