Technical Trainer - Data Structure and Algorithms

Role Description The Technical Trainer – Data Structures and Algorithms is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves planning and delivering structured training sessions on core data structures, algorithms, and related programming concepts to learners at various skill levels. The trainer designs curriculum materials, prepares lesson plans, creates practical exercises, and evaluates learner performance through assignments, projects, and assessments. Responsibilities include mentoring students, providing individualized feedback, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and supporting interview and placement preparation. The trainer collaborates with the academic and placement teams to continuously enhance course content based on industry trends and learner outcomes.QualificationsDemonstrated experience as a Technical Trainer or in similar Technical Training roles, with a focus on Data Structures and Algorithms.Strong Training & Development and Training facilitation skills, including curriculum design and classroom management.Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.Solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms and at least one programming language commonly used to teach them (such as C++, Java, or Python).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience preparing learners for technical interviews, coding assessments, or competitive programming is an advantage.Ability to work with diverse learner groups, adapt teaching methods, and use digital tools and learning platforms effectively.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities, with a commitment to learner success and continuous improvement.
