The Technical Trainer will deliver classroom and lab-based training sessions on core technical concepts, programming fundamentals, and job-oriented skills for students preparing for tech placements. Responsibilities include planning and structuring learning modules, explaining complex ideas in a simple and engaging way, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role also involves updating training content based on industry trends, collaborating with senior trainers and academic coordinators, and supporting workshops or bootcamps as needed. The trainer is expected to maintain a supportive learning environment and help learners build confidence for technical interviews and placement processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training, Technical Trainers, and Training to effectively deliver and manage technical learning sessions.Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to design, improve, and evaluate training programs for diverse learner groups.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain concepts clearly, interact with learners, and present content in an engaging manner.Basic knowledge of programming concepts, software development fundamentals, or computer science topics is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Ability to facilitate group learning, handle queries patiently, and adapt teaching style to different skill levels.Enthusiasm for mentoring students, interest in campus recruitment processes, and willingness to continuously learn and upgrade technical skills.
