Position: Industry Fundamentals/Technical Trainer (Manufacturing)Location: Nuh, HaryanaRole OverviewThe Industry Fundamentals Trainer is responsible for delivering foundational manufacturing and engineering concepts to students and entry-level professionals. The trainer will equip learners with essential knowledge of industrial practices, workplace safety, quality systems, engineering basics, and professional skills required for success in manufacturing environments.Key Responsibilities1) Deliver engaging classroom sessions on manufacturing and engineering fundamentals.2) Deliver training on the following topics: Manufacturing processes Engineering drawing fundamentals Workshop safety and PPE 5S and Lean Manufacturing fundamentals Quality concepts and inspection basics Measurement and metrology Industrial etiquette and workplace discipline Basic maintenance and troubleshooting concepts3) Conduct practical demonstrations and interactive learning activities.4) Create a positive and engaging learning environment.5) Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials.6) Update training content to align with current industry practices and learner requirements.7) Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.Experience2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or technical training.Prior experience in classroom, vocational, or technical training will be an advantage.Technical SkillsGood understanding of manufacturing processesKnowledge of engineering drawings and their interpretationFamiliarity with metrology and inspection toolsUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principlesKnowledge of workplace safety standards and industrial best practicesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Soft SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong facilitation and mentoring abilitiesGood interpersonal and relationship-building skillsStrong planning and organizational skillsAbility to motivate learners and create an engaging classroom environmentAdaptable with a continuous learning mindset
