The academy maintains a strong focus on training quality and career outcomes for all participants.Role Description The Technical Trainer (Mechanical) will deliver high-quality, industry-oriented mechanical training to students in an on-site setting in Hyderabad. This full-time role involves planning and conducting classroom and workshop sessions, demonstrating mechanical concepts and tools, and guiding learners through hands-on simulations that mirror industrial environments. The trainer will develop and update training materials, curricula, and assessments based on industry standards and partner feedback. Daily responsibilities include mentoring learners, monitoring their progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting placement efforts through interview preparation and skill evaluations. The role also requires close collaboration with the academy’s faculty and industry partners to ensure training remains current and relevant.Qualifications Strong expertise as a Technical Trainer with experience in Technical Training for mechanical domains.Demonstrated ability in Training & Development, including designing and delivering structured training programs.Effective Communication and Training skills to explain complex mechanical concepts clearly and engage diverse learners.Solid mechanical engineering or related technical background, with hands-on industrial or workshop experience.Ability to create and revise training materials, practical exercises, and assessments aligned with industry needs.Experience working with entry-level learners or fresh graduates, with a focus on employability and skill-building.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications in training or pedagogy are an advantage.Strong mentoring attitude, patience, and commitment to supporting learners through to successful placement.
