The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented technical training, mentoring students, and guiding them through programming, application development, and technology-based projects.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct technical training sessions for students and professionals.Deliver hands-on, practical and industry-oriented training in programming and software development.Develop training materials, practical exercises, assignments, projects, and assessments.Guide and mentor students in software development and real-world application projects.Provide technical support and guidance during project development.Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and technology-focused learning activities.Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, tools, and development practices.Encourage problem-solving, innovation, and practical application of technical concepts.Coordinate with the academic/training team to ensure effective delivery of training programs.Educational QualificationME / M.Tech / MCA / MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.Candidates with relevant technical qualifications and strong industry/training experience may also be considered.Experience2 to 4 years of relevant industry and/or technical training experience.Strong experience in delivering technical training and mentoring students or professionals.Practical experience in software development and project-based training will be preferred.Technical SkillsThe candidate should have strong knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following areas:Python ProgrammingJava ProgrammingWeb DevelopmentMobile Application DevelopmentArtificial Intelligence and Machine LearningCloud ComputingSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Database and application development conceptsSoftware development tools, frameworks, and best practicesDesired SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.Good mentoring and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.Ability to work with students from different levels of technical proficiency.Experience with project-based and practical training methodologies.Willingness to adapt to new technologies and learning methodologies.PreferredIndustry certifications in relevant technologies.Experience in developing or implementing real-world software projects.Experience in conducting workshops, boot camps, hackathons, or technical training programs.
