Over the years, the company has successfully executed multiple Finacle projects, including system upgrades, custom development, and L1–L3 support. ABM Fintech has also built a strong resourcing practice, deploying over 100 trained Finacle professionals across diverse client environments.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainers role based in Ghaziabad. The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs on banking technology solutions, with a focus on Finacle CBS and related modules. Responsibilities include conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, preparing training materials and documentation, and updating content to reflect product changes and industry standards. The role involves assessing learner needs, creating structured learning paths, and evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance metrics. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and client stakeholders to align training with implementation timelines and support requirements, while providing ongoing guidance and coaching to trainees.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers in IT or banking technology environments.Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including designing curricula, organizing sessions, and evaluating learning outcomes.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Candidates should possess knowledge of banking processes and preferably hands-on exposure to Finacle CBS or similar core banking platforms.Candidates should possess strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-focused approach.Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools, and comfort with creating structured documentation and training content.Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant training certifications are an advantage.Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple training engagements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
