GRAStech focuses on practical, industry-relevant training that helps learners build sustainable careers in technical and professional fields.Role Description This is a full-time/Freelance on-site role for Technical Trainers based in Noida & PAN India. The Technical Trainers will design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs for learners, ensuring that course content aligns with industry standards and organizational objectives. Responsibilities include preparing training materials and lesson plans, conducting classroom and lab sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves coordinating with training and development teams to update curricula, maintain training records, and participate in continuous improvement of training methodologies. Technical Trainers are expected to foster an inclusive, engaging learning environment and support learners in achieving certification and employment readiness.QualificationsShould be B. Tech/BCA/MCA/M. Tech only.Minimum 3+ years of experience required.Candidates should possess strong Technical Training and Technical Trainers skills focused on delivering structured, hands-on instruction.Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills for designing programs, managing sessions, and evaluating learning outcomes.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and learner engagement.Relevant experience in vocational or technical education, preferably in a classroom or lab setting.Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage diverse learner groups with patience and professionalism.Proficiency in using digital tools for training delivery, assessments, and reporting.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technical discipline or education-related field; training certifications are an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to learner success and continuous improvement.
