We are building a faculty of experienced technical instructors to help engineers apply AI coding tools and agentic engineering practices to real-world delivery.As a Technical Training Instructor (AI), you will lead practical learning experiences for mid-level and senior engineers, helping them progress from foundational AI tool usage to more advanced workflows with Claude Code and related tools. You will combine hands-on engineering depth with the ability to explain clearly, coach others and respond to technical questions in a live learning environment.We welcome applicants with a strong background in Fullstack, Backend, DevOps or Cloud engineering. Depth in any one of these areas is sufficient; candidates are not expected to cover all four.This opportunity focuses on in-person delivery in Mexico City, in Spanish, with virtual assignments also possible. Engagements are occasional paid assignments, with programme duration, hours and dates agreed according to customer needs. Joining the instructor faculty does not guarantee an allocation of hours or a paid bench retainer.Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive workshops, technical demonstrations, hands-on exercises and project clinics for engineering teams adopting AI-assisted development.
• Guide learners through environment setup, prompting, context management and agentic workflows using Claude Code and related engineering tools.
• Deliver practical learning on topics such as sub-agent delegation, multi-agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, pull request preparation, automated testing and code verification, according to the programme.
• Coach engineers as they debug existing codebases, review AI-generated output, improve maintainability and apply new approaches to real engineering problems.
• Adapt learning materials and explanations to the audience, answer live questions and help learners understand technical trade-offs and implementation decisions.
• Support baseline and exit assessments, monitor learner progress and help teams translate learning into effective engineering practices.
• Help colleagues and clients communicate technical work, project outcomes and verification methods to peers and stakeholders.Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience, with strong depth in Fullstack development, Backend development, DevOps or Cloud engineering.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools and agentic engineering workflows, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or related tools. Experience across multiple tools is valuable.
• Demonstrated ability to apply engineering judgement when debugging, reviewing code, testing changes and evaluating AI-generated output.
• Experience teaching, training, coaching or mentoring others. This may include workshops, technical talks, courses, published educational content, pair programming, code reviews or helping teams adopt new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting technical work, architecture or solutions to clients, leadership or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Evidence of live facilitation and handling questions, developing a structured training series, or explaining technical topics to audiences with different levels of experience.
• Availability to deliver in-person technical sessions in Mexico City in Spanish, alongside English communication for programme materials and collaboration.Formal instructor experience is welcome, and demonstrated informal technical coaching also counts. This opportunity may suit technical instructors, developer advocates, solutions architects, technical consultants, engineering leads or hands-on engineers who regularly help others learn.Assessment ProcessThe selection process includes CV review and initial screening, a technical assessment relevant to your engineering background, and a teaching demonstration.
